Misk & Monarch is a digital marketing agency based in Agadir, Morocco. We work with businesses in Morocco, Saudi Arabia and the United Kingdom. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean Misk & Monarch, and "you" means anyone who visits this website or contacts us.

What information we collect
Information you give us
- When you fill in our contact form: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number (optional), country, the service you are interested in and your message.
- When you message us by WhatsApp, email or phone: your name, contact details and whatever you choose to tell us.
- When you become a client: business details, billing information and the access we need to work on your website, advertising or social media accounts.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our server records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you view and the time of your visit. This helps us keep the website secure and working properly.
How we use your information
- To reply to your questions and send you a quote.
- To plan, deliver and report on the work you hire us for.
- To send invoices and keep financial records.
- To keep this website secure and fix problems.
- To understand which pages are useful so we can improve the website.
We do not send marketing emails unless you have asked to receive them, and you can stop them at any time.

Sending information between countries

How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not become projects: up to 24 months, then deleted.
- Client project information: for as long as we work together, then for as long as needed to support you or answer questions about the work.
- Invoices and financial records: for as long as tax and accounting laws require.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you have the right to:
- Ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct information that is wrong or incomplete.
- Ask us to delete your information.
- Object to, or ask us to limit, how we use it.
- Withdraw your consent at any time, where we rely on it.

If you are not happy with how we handle your information, you can also contact the data protection authority in your country: the CNDP in Morocco, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) in the UK, or the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA) in Saudi Arabia.
How we keep it safe
We use secure connections (HTTPS), strong passwords, two-step login where available and limited access, so only the people who need your information can see it. No system is completely risk-free, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data and will tell you if a serious problem affects you.
Children
Our services are for businesses. This website is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when it last changed. If we make important changes, we will make them clear on this page.
